My husband and I tried to sell our home on our own but it was too hard with little kids and especially since we lived out of state.  After a few months with no success we were contacted by Bhoomi through our listing on Zillow. After talking with her and discussing with my husband we decided to list  our home with Bhoomi.  I was so glad that we did because we received an offer after just two days later at our first open house.  She was wonderful to work with. She was always quick to answer my calls and so patient with my many questions about the process.  She had great ideas about what to do with the interested buyer and what to say to make it work out the way we wanted it too.   We were able to get what we were hoping for.  I would highly recommend Bhoomi to my friends that still lived in WA. We are very pleased with our experience working with her.  the reason why I only gave her 4 stars for the local knowledge was only because she has only been in the area for a few years.  She was an agent before in upstate NY.  She is a quick study and will learn the area in no time
